With his creative foresight and unique knowledge of global luxury brands, retail trends, fashion and interior design, in 2010 Linton became the groups Group Creative Director, leading the creation and guardianship of the Chalhoub Group’s retail equity through the design development of its ‘own retail’ luxury concepts. Retail concepts such as; Level Shoes, the world’s largest and most iconic shoe metropolis of over 9,000m2. Level Kids, a three floor luxury children’s department store of 10,000m2. TRYANO the Middle East’s first edited concept department store created in the region of over 20,000m2. As well as the retail design and brand repositioning of Tanagra, a six-door luxury retail concept for home decoration and gifts. Katakeet, a 100 sm2 boutique for luxury childrenswear. And the retail transformation of Woojoh, a 90-door multi-band beauty concept, spanning across 14 countries in the middle east.

For the past five years, Linton has been fully involved in the strategic development of the business creative strategy to guarantee its long-term success, specifically during a challenging market outlook. As such, Linton continues to expand the Group’s retail design, visual merchandising and brand equity activities, and also drives to strengthen the Group’s creative assets in terms of offer and skills, whilst nurturing the brand equity guardianship of over 55,000sm2 of retail estate. Under his guidance and creative vision, Linton’s team of brand designers, architects, store planners, forecasters and interior designers have created award winning category transforming retail concepts for a wide range of brands. Awards such as: The London Design Week Award 2016 for Tryano Department store, Yas Mall Abu Dhabi U.A.E. International Store of the Year, during London Retail Week 2016 for Level Kids Dubai. Most Admired Store Design of the Year 2016, from Retail ME for Level Kids. Including winning awards at the RLI – Retail and Leisure Industry Awards: RLI Interior Excellence Award 2017 for Tryano, Yas Mall Abu Dhabi U.A.E.
